Business school now offer competitions at the BAC + 2 and BAC + 3 level to integrate their Grande École programmes.
As confirmed by online preparation for ConcoursUp’s competitive entrance exams, the Passerelle and Tremplin competitions collected just over 7,000 candidates last year. So the parallel admission is increasing! In this article we are going to see all the good tips to know to succeed in business school admission at the BAC + 2 or BAC + 3 level.
Passerelle & Tremplin: The two contests you need to know ‘School’
The two main competitions at the BAC + 2 and BAC + 3 level are the Passerelle and Tremplin competitions.
The Tremplin competition itself consists of two sub-competitions:

Tremplin 2 competition at BAC + 3 . level
Tremplin 1 (BAC +2) gathered 1,894 candidates last year and will offer 820 places this year. Thus, its selectivity rate is close to 50%, making it a relatively open competition that allows each candidate the opportunity to integrate one of the school offered by the latter. Tremplin 2 (BAC +3) gathered 2,235 candidates last year and will offer 1,275 places this year, bringing the selectivity rate close to 50% as well.
The Passerelle competition also consists of two sub-competitions:
Gateway Level 1 competition to BAC + 2
Passerelle 2 competition at BAC +3 . level
Last year’s Passerelle 1 (BAC +2) competition gathered 3,381 candidates for a total of 1,220 places, giving it a selective rate of 36%. Last year’s Passerelle 2 competition gathered 3,613 candidates for a total of 1,145 places, making the selectivity rate 30%.
