A while ago, in my July favorites, I mentioned the fourth roller of the Ray Beauty Rose Quartz Roller. As you can gather with the title, I was really happy with the mini facial roller and felt like it added to my skincare collection.
However, I felt as though the rose quartz cylinder deserved a job of its own. So, in this post, I discuss the benefits of a rose quartz facial roller, how it has helped my skin. And why it might be a stylish addition to your skincare routine.

Lots of rose quartz rollers cost upwards of £30, but Ray Ray Beauty costs just $18 (about £14.50). I don’t think I would have had to buy one if it was £40 but all the products I’ve tried from 4th Ray Beauty have been great, so I thought: why not?
Before buying the roller, I heard about the benefits of a skincare tool but didn’t really know what it was for. So here’s what Ray Forth had to say:

Above all, the rose quartz roller is very comfortable and soothing to use. When I massage it into my skin, I feel so relaxed and refreshed. For this reason, it definitely helps relieve any facial tension because my skin is definitely calmer after using the roller.
Because of its cooling properties, I like to use it after a workout or if my skin feels hot; I still need to try to put it in the fridge!
I personally don’t have puffy skin but looking at how soft it is on my skin I can see how the rose quartz roller reduces puffiness. I also think the soothing feeling can help people with sensitive skin whose skin may be stressed, irritated, or inflamed.
As for improving circulation and promoting lymphatic drainage, I’m not sure. How can you even check for these in your skin?
Finally, from Fourth Ray Beauty’s claims, I’m not sure it improves the elasticity of my skin. I feel that my skin’s elasticity is really good and I think this benefit will be more pronounced in more mature skin types.
Added benefits
Besides the rose quartz roller that helps cool and soothe my skin as well as eliminate any facial tension, I found some additional benefits from using this skincare tool.
Perhaps most noticeably, the roller helped my skin care products—like moisturizer—to absorb into my skin more. When I massage the roller all over my face, the product feels evenly distributed as well.
I am also absolutely convinced that it makes my skin look healthier and more radiant. Either this, My Glow Recipe Pineapple-C Bright Serum, or both.
To be honest, I just love the feel of it on my skin. It feels luxurious, calm and gentle. If my skin feels stressed, massaging a rose quartz roller onto my skin makes me feel like I’m massaging the tension away.

I love this skincare tool so much. As much as it is not a necessity, it definitely feels great to use and helps my skin absorb all the benefits from my skin care products.
I’d recommend getting a rose quartz spool but don’t spend like £40. This is not justified. Get one Ray Ray Beauty or browse through Amazon for reels under £15.
